The aim of the course is to provide a comprehensive overview of the factors, dynamics, and critical contingencies that influence people management in complex organizations. The understanding of these aspects is aimed at providing a conceptual framework capable of making it possible to identify the different strategies helpful in creating an appropriate balance between people's existential needs and the operational aims and objectives of work organizations.

LM-31 – 2nd Year
The course aims to provide students with the tools for the critical analysis of competitive markets and the formulation of competitive strategies. The course analyses strategic behavior from three perspectives: the managerial perspective, through the discussion of case studies; the methodological perspective, through the use of game theory models; and the empirical perspective through econometric analysis.
In the last part, the course aims to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge related to the design, development and implementation of business models.
